Trustfall Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trustfall Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trustfall Pro is a portfolio and business management application for barbers, stylists, nail technicians, tattoo artists, and similar professionals. Features may include:
  • Before/after portfolio management
  • Service and pricing organization
  • Calendar integration and scheduling support
  • AI-assisted portfolio tagging and categorization

3. Eligibility

To use Trustfall Pro, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Upload client images without explicit, informed client consent
  • Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the App or other users' data
  • Reverse engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law
  • Use bots, scrapers, or abusive automation
  • Use AI-generated tags as a substitute for your own professional review and judgment

  • Google (OAuth, Calendar integrations, and AI processing services)
  • Apple (authentication and platform services)
  • Supabase and hosting infrastructure providers
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose data.

9. Service Availability and Changes

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
