Client types and preferences: To personalize your setup
Services and pricing: Services you offer and their rates
Availability data: Working hours and schedule preferences

Before/after images: Photos of your professional work
Calendar availability data (events and busy/free windows) to support scheduling
Service pricing and dates: Metadata tied to each portfolio entry

2.4 AI-Generated Data

When you use AI-assisted portfolio analysis features, we generate and store:

Tags and attributes derived from uploaded images
Confidence values and warning metadata
Model/version metadata needed for quality control and debugging

2.5 Connected Account Data (Optional)

If you connect Google Calendar, we access:

Google email address (to identify your connected account)
Calendar availability data (events and busy/free windows) to support scheduling

We do not access your contacts or Gmail content.

2.6 Social Media Handles (Optional)

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok profile links you choose to add

Device and app metadata: Device type, OS, app version
Usage data: How features are used
Operational logs: Error and performance logs

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Service Delivery

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account
Let you upload, organize, and display portfolio work
Support scheduling and booking-related features
Provide support and respond to requests

3.2 AI-Assisted Portfolio Analysis

If you use AI analysis, we process uploaded portfolio images to generate searchable portfolio tags and attributes. This helps classify and organize your portfolio entries inside the app.

3.3 Product Security and Reliability

We use operational and usage data to maintain app security, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information.

4.2 Service Providers

We use trusted vendors to operate the service, including:

Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage
Google for OAuth/Calendar integrations (when connected) and AI processing used for portfolio analysis
Apple for Sign in with Apple authentication (when used)
Expo and cloud infrastructure providers for app operations and delivery
Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution

When AI analysis is used, portfolio images are transmitted securely to Google's AI services for processing according to our instructions and Google's applicable terms.

4.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose data if required by law, legal process, or to protect users, our service, or the public.

5.1 Security Measures

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Active accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
Account deletion: Deleting your account removes profile data, portfolio data, and related records associated with your account, subject to limited backup and legal retention windows.
Portfolio entry deletion: Deleting a single portfolio entry may remove or unlink related analysis records from that entry context.

Access and update profile and portfolio information in-app
Delete your account in Settings
Disconnect Google Calendar at any time

6.2 Legal Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request portability of personal data, including AI-generated metadata linked to your account.

6.3 Communications

You can contact us to request updates to communication preferences.

7. Children's Privacy

Trustfall Pro is intended for professionals and not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under applicable law, including rights to know, delete, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
