  • Client types and preferences: To personalize your setup
  • Services and pricing: Services you offer and their rates
  • Availability data: Working hours and schedule preferences

  • Before/after images: Photos of your professional work
  • Calendar availability data (events and busy/free windows) to support scheduling
  • Service pricing and dates: Metadata tied to each portfolio entry

When you use AI-assisted portfolio analysis features, we generate and store:
  • Tags and attributes derived from uploaded images
  • Confidence values and warning metadata
  • Model/version metadata needed for quality control and debugging

If you connect Google Calendar, we access:
  • Google email address (to identify your connected account)
  • Calendar availability data (events and busy/free windows) to support scheduling
We do not access your contacts or Gmail content.

  • Apple for Sign in with Apple authentication (when used)

  • Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution
When AI analysis is used, portfolio images are transmitted securely to Google's AI services for processing according to our instructions and Google's applicable terms.

  • Portfolio entry deletion: Deleting a single portfolio entry may remove or unlink related analysis records from that entry context.
